What you'll do:

• Collaborate with fashion designer, suppliers, and vendors to negotiate contract and finalize deadlines
• Track and report collection schedule and milestone
• Work closely with the marketing department to discuss collection timeline
• Evaluate customers feedback
• Plan source and oversee the implementation of store layout
• Manage stock availability

What we're looking for:

• Degree in merchandising and/or fashion design
• Proven experience as fashion/visual merchandiser
• Strong knowledge of the latest fashion trends and developments
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skill
• Excellent time management and organizational skill
